Pattern Making
New patterns are made by traditional methods or by CNC machining in order to meet the customers’ requirements for accuracy, build quality and cycle time. Existing patterns are also refurbished to maintain them in good condition, thus maintaining our required high level of mould quality.
Our extensive pattern storage warehouse enables us to house all our live patterns in a dry environment and our pattern tracking system records the movements and location of each pattern.
