Main Foundry
This is equipped with three electric induction furnaces which can melt up to 6,250 Kg of steel for any one mould and allows castings to be produced in a range from 100 Kg to over 3000 Kg.

• 1700 Kg electric induction furnace
• 700 Kg electric induction furnace
Special Cast Products Foundry (SCP)
This facility has a further three small electric induction furnaces.
• 500 Kg electric induction furnace
• 250 Kg electric induction furnace
• 100 Kg electric induction furnace
Our experienced melting team ensures stringent composition and temperature control. Steel alloying and pouring disciplines are rigidly maintained for each melt.
In-house spectrometer
The chemical analysis for each melt is carefully checked so that it not only meets the customer’s specification, but is also within our more stringent melting ranges to ensure that the optimum chemistry is achieved.
