Accreditation
Quality is fundamental to every operation at the Noel Village foundry. In the continuous pursuit of raising standards, we regularly review and refine our business processes to provide customers with quality products. This includes the timely provision of test certificates and documentation.
We hold the following accreditations:
- BS EN ISO 9001:2008
- DNV Approved Foundry
- Lloyd's Register Approved Foundry
- ABS Approved Foundry
- Korean Register Approved Foundry
- Norsok and other oil industry approvals
All operatives within Noel Village are qualified to meet the requirements of the above classification societies.
Quality Assurance
Our quality system provides full traceability from the chemical analysis of each melt through the heat treatment and non-destructive testing to final inspection. NAMAS approved test houses are used to obtain independent mechanical test results together with more specialised testing which may be required such as radiography, micrographs & ferrite count and CTOD testing.
Customer's inspectors are welcome to visit our facility to witness their castings at any stage of the process.
