As an independent company formed in 1980, Noel Village combines in-depth experience with the rapid decision making and flexibility which are essential in bringing new products to the market. The Executive Chairman is Anthony Village.
A key aspect of the service is in assisting customers with their product design so that the design criteria can be met while improving castability, thereby minimising production costs.
We pride ourselves on a strong technical capability covering casting design using solidification simulation techniques, metallurgy and non-destructive testing which ensure that our products meet the most exacting standards.
Our versatility is demonstrated by the fact that we can produce a range of products from intricate components weighing less than 1kg to large castings weighing more than 3,500kgs. These can be manufactured in over 200 types of materials including:-
- Carbon steel
- Alloy steels
- Stainless steels including Duplex and Super Duplex
- Nickel based alloys including Inconel, Stellite & Monel
With closely controlled induction melting units from 100 kg to 3.75 tonnes, we have the capability to meet requirements for one-off castings or high repetition work. Through the use of computerised design systems and the optimisation of production routes, we are able to provide customers with a highly efficient service, the best possible lead times and competitive prices.
